Corey Smith is a 19-year-old entrepreneur and visual storyteller from Hunterdon County, New Jersey. He is currently pursuing a degree in Digital Media and Film Studies at Raritan Valley Community College, where he is developing his skills in video production, cinematography, and digital content creation before transferring to a four-year institution.

A multi-disciplinary digital media professional, Corey works across photography, videography, drone operations, and web design. He is the founder of Ace Digital Co., a web design and digital services company, and Ace Photography Co., which specializes in drone photography, videography, and visual content for clients across industries including events, sports, automotive, and commercial work. He also plays an active role in Ace Sign NJ, a fourth-generation family sign business, helping bridge traditional craftsmanship with modern digital marketing and design.

In 2024, Corey was recognized as one of the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce's "Amazing Kids in Business" — an honor that reflects his drive to build meaningful, community-rooted businesses from a young age. He approaches each project with a problem-solving mindset, exploring emerging technologies — from AI-assisted workflows to drone imaging — to stay ahead of an ever-evolving industry.

Corey's long-term goal is to combine his passion for visual storytelling with his entrepreneurial spirit to build a full-service creative agency rooted in Hunterdon County and beyond.

My work lives where technical craft meets creative vision. I produce photography, videography, and drone content for local businesses across Central New Jersey — and I build the websites that those visuals live on. That full-service approach is what drives everything I do: one person, one vision, one point of contact for a client who needs their image to look and feel professional from the ground up.

I was drawn to video and visual media because of what the camera can do that nothing else can. Drone footage in particular captures scale, movement, and emotion in a way that transforms how people see a place, a product, or a story. When I work with a small business and then build their website around that footage, I watch something click for them — they see themselves the way their customers could. That moment is why I do this.

My clients are local entrepreneurs — the retail shop owner, the service provider, the family business that has been around for decades but never had a strong digital presence. The audience for my work, though, is broader: it's their customers, their community, anyone who finds them online or sees their content. I want my clients to feel pride in what they've built and confidence that their visual identity finally matches the quality of their work. I want that audience — their customers — to feel trust the moment they land on the page.

Thematically, my work is about local authenticity. I'm not selling a corporate template — I'm offering something custom, community-rooted, and built to last. Based in Hunterdon County, I'm growing Ace Digital Co. and Ace Photography Co. into the go-to creative and digital solutions company for New Jersey and beyond — uniting photography, web design, and signage under one roof through the Ace name.
